What is Spritz? It's a magic mix of flavours with a fizz!

Al Volo hosts the original and only Spritz in London from 4 until 8pm every evening.

Spritz is an aperitivo from Veneto made with Prosecco, Aperol (similar to Campari) and sparkling water. Each glass is severed with a complementary selection of nibbles to get you in the mood for dinner.
