A cult classic from the North East of Italy.
Ingredients: Aperol, prosecco and soda
AMERICANO
Created in the 30s, eminently Italian in all but name.
Ingredients:1/3 Campari, 1/3 Martini Rosso, 1/3 Soda.
NEGRONI
The most requested drink in the bars of Milan.
Created in 1919 when Count Camillo Negroni, oaskd his bartender to
strengthen his favourite drink, Americano, with gin rather than soda.
Ingredients: 1/3 Campari, 1/3 Martini Rosso, 1/3 Gin.
BELLINI
Invented by Giuseppe Cipriani founder of Harry's Bar, its
unique pink color reminding him of the colour of the
toga of a saint in a painting by 15th-century artist Giovanni Bellini
Ingredients: Prosecco and peach puree’
NEGRONI SBAGLIATO
Simply known as “Sbagliato” was conceived in the 60s
at the Bar Basso - Milano. It’s a lighter version of the Negroni
where the gin is replaced by Spumante or Prosecco.
